That's what we wake up to now that the Christmas tree is up. Alex is sure Santa Claus is coming right now!! I keep telling him he's got a long wait, but he still runs to the fireplace to look up the chimney and see if Santa is there! I'm going to be bonkers by the 15th with this!!!
It is fun to see him so excited. He loves Santa. Santa is right up there with Elmo and Mikey Mouse! Now Santa has to figure out what to bring him!
And I'm exhausted! Decorating is exhausting! I told hubby tonight after lugging down 5 huge empty cartons.... "just think honey in 4 weeks we can lug these all back up!!!" He was not amused!

Alex and Emma are thinking alike...last night she was insisting we needed to leave cookies and milk out for Santa! We finally talked her out of it by showing her the advent calendar and telling her how many more days, but she was disappointed this morning because there weren't any presents under the tree. It's going to be a looooooong 25 days in our house!
Hey! No fair! You have a fireplace and we don't! Caleb is doing the whole cookies and milk thing for Santa already. He wrote his wish list for Santa and every stinkin' thing on it is High School Musical anything. (And we haven't decorated yet so you're way far ahead of us!)
Yeah... William was so excited after we got the tree up, he said "oh, it's beautiful!". He then wanted to know where the presents were. LMAO.
