I made chocolate chip cookies when I got home today (after a hard day's work mind you), nothing like the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking in the winter and hubby had the audacity to say "Look Alex, mommy broke open the tube and made us cookies!" If looks could kill, he'd be taking a dirt nap about now. I'll have you know that I had to STIR the dough, okay not completely from scratch.... but a mix is close enough. Steve - mommy is going to break open the tube - over your head!!!!
Tomorrow morning I go in for a Lasik consult. My eyesight is getting so bad. Going to cash in some stock I've been holding on to. I'd like to not have glasses/contacts for our Disney trip. Wish me luck! The whole laser in the eye thing is making me queasy....
Off to watch the Nanny. I keep hoping this show will rub off me... so far no such luck. I'm still one of "those" moms. *sigh*

LOL Rhonda... them there cookies taste as good as the ones you spend hours making anyways! I guess us WOHM just can't cut it when it comes to all that junk ;). Tee hee.
LOl - mixes are definitely as good as scratch ;) We've taken to making those Otis Spunkmeyer ones you buy at Costco :) They're pretty dang good, and cheap too :)
